IRRD-DW1 Instructions

To avoid injuries we recommend that you wear protective gloves when handling our products.

Suitable for round double-wall ducts.
The insulation should be fairly compact.
Please observe the max. alowed insulation thicknesses.

The access doors come with two self-adhesive templates. Apply the larger one on the duct and cut the opening along its edges.

Then remove the now exposed insulation.

Take the smaller self-adhesive paper template and apply onto the duct making sure it is well centered inside the opening you just created in the insulation.

Then cut the round duct along the edge of the template.

Then install the access door by inserting its inner cover at an angle inside the duct. Turn it straight and pull slightly to align it with the opening.

Tighten the knobs till the gasket is sufficiently compressed.
