IRD-DW1 Instructions

To avoid injuries we recommend that you wear protective gloves when handling our products.

Suitable for double-wall rectangular ducts (the insulation must be hard enough) and ducts made of preinsulated panels. Max. insulation thicknesses apply.

The access doors are supplied with two identical templates. Apply one template on the outside duct wall and cut an opening along its edge.

Then remove the now exposed insulation.

Apply the second template on the inner duct-wall surface. Make sure it is centered and cut an opening along its edges.

Then install the access door by inserting its inner cover at an angle inside the duct. Turn it straight and pull slightly to align it with the opening.

Tighten the knobs till the gasket is sufficiently compressed.
