Depending on the dimensions of the access doors, the cover plates are made of one, two or four pieces:
a) Stamped cover plate made of one piece
b) Cover plates are punched in 2 halves and welded together
c) Cover plates are punched in 2 halves and welded with 2 spacers

When ordering the IRD-4, the marking on the cover plate indicates an IRD-3. This is normal, since for the thicker insulations (-4) we use the same cover plate as for the medium ones, but with a thicker rubber part.
