Stainless steel ducts have been used on the Portland State University Science Research and Teaching Center.  This was a renovation and expansion project with Streimer as the HVAC contractor.  

The METU flanges and joining clips with PE gasket provided several benefits on the job site.  In addition to the clean, elegant look of the finished product the flanges help to protect the spiral duct during transport to the job site and greatly accelerated the installation of each individual duct section.  The single-bolt clamping design saved hours of installation time compared to standard angle flanges.
