IRRD-DW1 Variations

Aluminum and stainless steel V4A versions: springs, screws, bolts and the metal knobs for the high temperature versions are made of stainless steel V2A.

All these IRRD-DW1 access doors are considered as special products / versions. Information about special products: ZI-000.

The IRRD-DW1 access doors are not available with NBR gasket. 

The high temperature (HT) versions are not available with the access doors made of aluminum.

With Polyethylene (PE) Gasket
PE gasket: see additional information ZI-201
Operating temperature: max. ≈ +70°C

With Self-adhesive Rubber Edge Molding (SKK) 
Protects from injuries, serves as gasket, to be placed along the edge of the duct opening.
Max. duct wall thickness: 2 mm.
SKK gasket: see additional information ZI-204
Operating temperature: max. ≈ +80°C

With Vitreous Fibers Gasket (GF) and Metal Knobs
GF gasket: see additional information ZI-206
Metal parts: see additional information ZI-101
Operating temperatures galv.: max. ≈ +200°C, V2A: max. ≈ +300°C. If temperatures exceed ≈ +200°C the gasket must be replaced each time the door is opened.

With Silicone (SI) Gasket
The silicone ring is placed along the edge of the inner access door panel.

Operating temperature: max. ≈ +80°C

With Silicone (SI) Gasket and Metal Knobs
The silicone ring is placed along the edge of the inner access door panel.
SI gasket: see additional information ZI-211
Operating temperature: max. ≈ +200°C

With NBR Gasket
This version with NBR is not available as this IRRD-DW1 access door cannot compress the NBR gasket sufficient to guarantee a liquid tightness.
