Versions
Aluminum and stainless steel V4A versions: springs, screws, bolts and the metal knobs for the high temperature versions are made of stainless steel V2A.
Galvanized steel, stainless steels V2A and V4A and aluminum characteristics : ZI-101.
High temperature access doors (temp. above 80°C) are not available in aluminum.

With Polyethylene (PE) Gasket
PE gasket: see additional information ZI-201
Operating temperature: max. ≈ +70°C

With Self-adhesive Rubber Edge Molding (SKK) 
Protects from injuries, serves as gasket, to be placed along the edge of the duct opening.
Max. duct wall thickness: 2 mm.
SKK gasket: see additional information ZI-204
Operating temperature: max. ≈ +80°C

With Vitreous Fibers Gasket (GF) and Metal Knobs
GF gasket: see additional information ZI-206
Metal parts: see additional information ZI-101
Operating temperatures galv.: max. ≈ +200°C, V2A: max. ≈ +300°C. If temperatures exceed ≈ +200°C the gasket must be replaced each time the door is opened.

With NBR Gasket
NBR characteristics:  ZI-210
Max. operating temperature: ≈ +80°C.

With Silicone (SI) Gasket
The silicone ring is placed along the edge of the inner access door panel.

Operating temperature: max. ≈ +80°C

With Silicone (SI) Gasket and Metal Knobs
The silicone ring is placed along the edge of the inner access door panel.
