METU PF Circular Flange: Pressed flange for small round duct diameters (from 80 up to 200 mm). Sturdy (reinforces the duct) pressed circular flanges designed to simplify the assembly of smaller diameter light-gage round ducts. The flange must be secured into the duct using swaging, blind rivets or self-tapping screws. Spot-welding is not recommended, unless the flange and the duct offer a perfect fit. In all cases a sealant must be applied around the entire circumference of the flange in accordance with your air-tightness requirements. The cone-shaped flanges are then connected together thanks to a SS Joining Clip. Only one Allen screw must be tightened.
