Metu: The METU SI Isolation Hangers prevent vibrations and noise from spreading into the entire ventilation system, and allow to assess the loads on each suspension point for a better weight distribution of the entire hanging system.

For a sound isolated suspension with threaded rods.
Even if the rubber is damaged (i.e. fire) the suspension will not break down.
The load strain can be read on a scale. It allows to use the load-bearing capacity of the hanger to its full extent while making sure that the load is evenly distributed among all hanging points.

Threaded rod (G)
The dimension on the outside corresponds to an ordinary spanner width. A normal spanner can therefore be used.
The sturdy tension brackets have a much greater load-bearing capacity than the corresponding threaded rods.
The rubber padding which prevents vibrations from being transmitted is, depending on the Isolation Hanger type, between 45 and 55 mm thick.
The load strain can be read on a scale.
The open space corresponds to the width of the nut, locking the nut in place.

Load Bearing Capacity
The indicated maximum load-bearing capacity is in accordance with the European Norm EN 12236 and can therefore be used integrally. The breaking load is three times higher.
