  2. Spot welding
  3. UF circular flange
  4. Sealing (i.e. Butyl-Mastic)
  5. Fastening (with screws or blind rivets)

METU Round Flexible Connections

The flexible round duct connections prevent the spreading of vibrations and noise. They also act as compensators when the lengths of the air-ducts vary (steel expansion related to temperature fluctuations).
