Cantilever Brackets can also be installed on floors or ceilings.
One cantilever bracket set contains:
- 2 Brackets
- 1 Middle Part
- 2 Wall Parts
- 4 Bolts M8 x 30 with Nuts
The illustrated round pipe clamps are not available.

2. Distance "E" and Load Bearing Capacity
The larger the distance "E" the greater the
load capacity:
KH 12 : ≈ 700 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°
KH 18 : ≈ 600 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°
KH 24 : ≈ 500 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°
KH 32 : ≈ 500 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°
KH 40 : ≈ 400 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°
KH 48 : ≈ 300 N by 75° and ≈ 1700 N by 25°

KH 12 : L ≈ 120 mm
KH 18 : L ≈ 180 mm
KH 24 : L ≈ 240 mm
KH 32 : L ≈ 320 mm
KH 40 : L ≈ 400 mm
KH 48 : L ≈ 480 mm
4. KH Size Selection for Round Ducts
A : Necessary clearance between the duct and the wall
B . Clamps (we do not offer this part)
d : Duct-Ø
Example:
Duct-Ø (d) : 300 mm
Distance to the wall (A) : around 100 mm
C = (d ÷ 2) + A = (300 ÷ 2) +100 = 250 mm
For the present case we would recommend the KH 32 according to the table above (1), or an even larger KH size. Please take into consideration the load bearing capacities which influence the number of cantilever bracets to be installed.
