Pulling Resistance Tests

Resistance to pulling forces of 500 mm Ø AF circular flanges and the corresponding SR joining clips:

Results:

Without an fixation through notches a force of 300 N was necessary to pull the AF circular flange out of the duct.

A force of 5300 N was required to pull out the circular flange when properly installed and securely fixed inside the duct with notches. The SR joining clips gave up first, while the AF flange remained inside the duct.
