Information about the Prices

Due to the current market situation, only the prices stated on the order confirmation are binding. The prices specified in the price list are subject to change without prior notice. The presented information and prices are not to be considered as a commercial offer. Please contact us to confirm the availability and current pricing.

In view of the raising raw material costs and difficulties to obtain the ordered quantities, prices might have to be calculated anew upon receiving your order.

Longer delivery times and bottle necks are to be expected. Orders can therefore only be carried through assuming we are able to purchase and receive the steel quality and quantities we require. Any claims for not being to deliver on time, or not at all, are consequently excluded.

Only the prices, freight and packaging costs and other information appearing on the offers, order confirmations and invoices generated with our computer system are valid.

Prices are ex works, packaging excluded and without VAT.

For orders with a goods' net value below EUR 50, - a processing fee of EUR 25, - is charged.

We reserve the right to carry through price adjustments depending on how the situation and raw material market develop.
